Move in – once
Your whole history in one drop. Zip your ERP's export folder and drop it on your Data page. A zip is 5–10× smaller. It is still too big to email, which is exactly why it goes to the Data page and not to an inbox. Send as much as you have – ideally 2+ years, so the forecasts have a couple of seasonal cycles to learn from. A single file up to 2 GB works too, and we split it for you. Larger than that, split it or just zip the folder.
Keep it fed – set once
Then the small daily updates, following the steps below. Set it once in QuickBooks Online and never come back.

Reports → open the report you want → customise it to the columns you need.

Save customisation, then Edit → 'Set email schedule' → daily.

Attach the report as an Excel file (not just in the email body).

Recipient: sales →
your sales address, stock →your inventory address, customers →your customers address, receivables →your receivables address. -

Save. Nothing to do after that.
For whoever runs IT: QuickBooks sends from an Intuit address; that's fine – Narada reads the attachment.
